Divergency was set up in 2014 and it’s a talent development initiative to support emerging ethnically diverse North-West artists towards the creation of excellent new work beyond the limitations of a single culture. It is an artist-led organisation supported by NPO hÅb, Sustained Theatre Up North (STUN) and Black Gold Arts (BGA). As a producer, my role I project manage and produce workshops, showcases and weekly online meetings that support the artists in their artistic and professional development.
